DEVILISH - ISSUE #1: HELL'S DESCENT
THE STORY (28 pages, Full Color)
What if the worst night of your life was only the beginning?
Eve was never meant to end up in Hell. A thrill-seeker drawn to the occult, she attempted a ritual to contact the spirit world -- and instead tore open a door she can never close. Pulled through a dimensional rift, she crash-lands in Hell's Playground, a neon-soaked, baroque nightmare where pleasure is currency, desire is power, and the ruler is a seductive tyrant named Lilith.
When Eve accidentally offends the Queen of Hell's Playground, Lilith's punishment is swift and cruel: a curse that transforms Eve into a succubus-like demon with an insatiable hunger that feeds on the desires of the damned. Now trapped, transformed, and terrified, Eve must learn to survive in a world that sees her as either a weapon to be wielded or a threat to be destroyed.
DEVILISH is a dark fantasy comic that blends gothic horror, political intrigue, and razor-sharp wit into a story about power, identity, and what happens when you're forced to become something you never wanted to be -- and discover you might be extraordinary at it.
"Some doors should stay closed. But the ones that don't?
They lead somewhere unforgettable."
-- Eve, moments before everything changed
Perfect for fans of: Spawn, Lady Death, Lucifer, Hellboy, Sandman, and Saga.
